Good Day All.

It is with regret that I (Fred Meine) must inform all of you that Sean Montag has had to take an unexpected leave of absence, effective immediately.

In an effort to fill this huge void, I have been asked by WYB to step in and cover Sean in his absence as the interim WYB Indoor Soccer Commissioner. For those of you who do not know me, Sean took over for me a couple years back, so hopefully my involvement will minimize this great loss for all parties involved.

The good news is the league is established and the schedules are set.

The challenge now is administrative and financial. We will continue to follow the league structure as what Sean graciously set up.  (League logistics are 62 teams, 103 coaches/asst coaches and over 700 kids involved)

To address this challenge, please plan on the following :

I humblely  request you to direct all inquires about the league to me (with the number of different leagues and employees at All-Star's - this will allow one avenue of communication to ensure coordination with teams, WYB and All-Star's). I will work with All-Star's directly to address any needs, issues, concerns and I commit to you that I will respond within 24 hours to any inquiry.

This Saturday, January 9th, prior to your game, please check in at the WYB Table in the lobby at All-Star's. Please plan on turning in the balance for your team ($750 if you previously turned in a deposit, $850 if not). Please have checks made out to WYB (NOT ALL-STAR'S). Again, one check is great and obviously preferred, but if you had your parents each write them out, that's fine as well, please just turn them all in together. (If you have a bye this week, I will repeat this process the following Saturday, January 16th)

Please have the All-Star's waiver form filled out by each of your player's parents.

Please have the WYB waiver form filled out by your player's parents.

(I will have extra copies of each for your needs)

I kindly request your assistance in completing these matters, may I suggest arriving a few minutes earlier to complete these administrative tasks with me.
